All of our animals are raised with organic principles in mind. They are raised on grass and finished on grains for 180-200 days.

All beef is dry-aged 14-21 days.

  • Our Dorper Sheep

    Our sheep are raised on pasture and finished on grain. They do not receive any hormones or antibiotics

    Our heritage breed poultry, Ginger and Delaware Broilers, are raised on pasture and supplemented with locally sourced and fermented feeds.

    Our mountain bred and pasture raised heritage hogs are finished on home raised grain and are antibiotic and hormone free.
