Each box is approximately 15lbs and an assortment of osso bucco (cross cut shanks), knuckle bones, and/or bone marrow bones.
I love to roast my bones with some aromatics before slow cooking into a broth.
About our Beef
Our cattle are raised in a low stress environment on native grasses for the majority of their lives and finished on grains for the last 180+ days. Our cattle do not receive any growth hormones or antibiotics.
