Our dormer sheep are raised here on the ranch grazing the native grasses while being supplemented with home raised high quality alfalfa and grain to finish them.
A typical yield for a full lamb is around 40 lbs of meat, with a half share yielding around 20 lbs.

About our Beef
Our cattle are raised in a low stress environment on native grasses for the majority of their lives and finished on grains for the last 180+ days. Our cattle do not receive any growth hormones or antibiotics.
