Our Fall Beef Box is built for the kind of meals we start craving as soon as the weather cools down — slow-cooked pot roast, hearty beef stew, tender braised short ribs, steak and gravy, and rich fall-apart beef straight from the Dutch oven.
Each box includes:
● 1 Chuck Roast — around 3 lbs and ready for the ultimate Sunday pot roast
● 1 package English Short Ribs — meaty, rich, and perfect for braising low and slow
● 1 package Beef Osso Bucco — a beautiful bone-in cut that becomes incredibly tender with a long, slow cook
● 2 packages Beef Stew Meat — ready for stew, stroganoff, soups, or the slow cooker

Our beef is raised right here on our farm with pasture access and finished on home-grown and locally sourced non-GMO grains. It’s dry-aged for 14–21 days for the rich beef flavor and tenderness we’re after.

About our Beef
Our cattle are raised in a low stress environment on native grasses for the majority of their lives and finished on grains for the last 180+ days. Our cattle do not receive any growth hormones or antibiotics.
