Flap meat comes from the bottom oblique muscle pf the abdomen, in the bottom of the sirloin. Flap meat has great flavor and can be cooked by marinating and grilled. Slice thin against the grain and drizzle some cowboy butter over the top. You won't be disappointed!
About our Beef
Our cattle are raised in a low stress environment on native grasses for the majority of their lives and finished on grains for the last 180+ days. Our cattle do not receive any growth hormones or antibiotics.
